Astralite wheel

Anyone know how to split the bearing housing on an Astralite wheel so I can get it repainted.the sprocket and brake disc came off ok but can’t break the rest of the wheel apart to repaint anyone got any ideas

Brake side hub looks homemade.

I’d suggest a long screw driver through the axle hole and onto the rear of the bearing on the opposite site hub if that makes sense. Then gently tapped with a mallet.

Im guessing the aluminium hub has corroded itself onto the aluminium centre tube.

Gently tap it with a copper/hide hammer should also help, spinning it on each tap.
