Slabbie restricted?

I'm curious, after reading @niknak750post about his 750J. Didn't want to hijack his post, so here we are. Would the same restrictions apply to a JDM 750 Slabbie (F model), and if so, what were they?

The 750g jdm that I had fresh into the uk in 1991 had the red speed warning light that a lot of people talk about, which flashed above a certain speed……it still pulled an indicated 145mph (obviously on a private road)
