I want to replace my mikuni bst31ss carbs with 90-98 bst33ss carbs. I have found an Eblag listing that seems to be correct but this carb has a TPS on it as far as i know. The listing says its from a 1997 GSX600F, German market. I can't find any info on pre 98 carbs with a TPS on the internet. Is this carb a straight swap and can I just leave the sensor unplugged? My machine is a 1990 gsx600F with a 89 carb

Hi and welcome.

Yes you can leave it unplugged. Or remove it completely from the carbs. Even if the bike is equipped with a TPS from the factory, unplugging it makes no noticeable difference in the running of the engine.
