Found a swingarm spindle that us the correct size and length! Result, so far iv had to spend £30 on a side stand but it feels too long and might interfere with my foot depending on rearset position. Prob try an alternative.

Swingarm is looking a tad short and it's a stock GSX1100 one.

Need to look for 1100 inlet rubbers the 750 one seem too small for the Keihins.

Also fitted an RF900 fuel tap as there's not much room for a proper tap.

Had another look today and I think the forks look too short and the swingarm is also too short...

Now I do have some Powwrscreen forks in my other cave, I'm sure they are longer and similar. So that's next to try.

And I'm robbing the swingarm off this Slingy 750

Swopped a Tesco Meal Deal with a chap called Issac Hunt ( I jest not, suspect its not his real name...) in Solihul for some side panels, but I have to make some mounting pins as they are missing.

He also had a 750 ES fairing in the bushes behind his shed! and mount frame which I should be able to make fit.

Found some ZX9 wheels in my container Up North. (options)

Then theres the ZX12 forks I got (52mm tops), Yes mate they take Radial calipers and are a matching set...., er how? and the top yoke didnt fit at all, so scored a partial refund. (ZX10 is 50mm top)

Busa fork next to it is 50mm top, the ZX12 is 52mm, the clip ons that came with em fit the Busa, so its just not off this bike!

After some reserch, I found the top to be off a ZX10 @50mm

Tonight I scratch built up the front end based on ZX12 forks, bottom yoke and wheel, ZX9 top yoke spindle and clip-ons discs etc, and say what now!? caliprs

I found that I had a top yoke that fits my BUSA forks so now I need a Busa Lower, hopefully fits the top, the ZX10 50mm Clip ons fit BUSA 

These need a rebuild, but I'm doing them as a back up - perhaps SRAD yokes 750 fit?

Bit of a bum day today, what with am unrepairable domestic which will have a big effect on my future, I went down to the workshop in the early hours.

Managed to get a lot done, (great therapy), rear wheel adjusters in and wheel spacers made then fitted an EFE caliper...kind of with ZZR torque arm on the piss (needs proper bolts / spacers / bushes), - need to make a bespoke bent Torque arm ideally.

Made a temp shock mounted Yoshi can holder.

Std GS rear mudguard looks too big and clumsy.

Found another rear mudguard and fitted my rear light reflactor bit and that highlights the rear frame loop issue.

Then, the bike fell over and dinged the tank !

Fairing frame off a 750 ES needs much therapy as it's hitting the forks / lower Yoke. Don't even know if the fairing fits with this.
