Gsxr 750 1990 carb set up

I've finally get close to firing the bike up after a nearly 5 year build lol, I've got the carbs all cleaned and new seals in. 

I wanted to try and get a good base point from which to get the carbs set up roughly for now and wanted to check with you guys for any advice or how you have yours set up?

It's a stock Gsxr 750 1990 engine with dual kn filters and a vance drag exhaust on it. Probably not the best set up but this is how it's turned out. 

Any help would be great.

Stock carbs? I’d go with a Factory Pro stage 3 kit.
