Katana Frame Fairing Mount Dimensions (Now Sorted)

Can someone please tell me the dimensions for the top fairing mounting bosses on the headstock on a katana 750/1000/1100 frame? ie how far down to boss centres from top of headstock, diameter of boss, thread size and overall length from face to face of these bosses?
