1200 bandit gsxr100m engine

.Hello, 

Will a gsxr100m engine run with all the wiring and cdi off a 1200 bandit,.

I have a full 1200 bandit less an engine. but have both bandit and gsxr carbs.

Just looking at what i have kicking about to try and make a bike up.
