I can put them all together all the bits , spacers etc there but seems to be @20 mm of compression before it actually starts to compress the main spring .. I have just bought new Hagon springs ... is there any internal differences between efe and ef ? These also have the small hole on the stanchions for the presumably balance pipe between legs ... am I missing something or is that how they are ! ? cheers tony Quote Link to comment

TonyTumbleweed Posted August 25, 2020 Author Share Posted August 25, 2020 Yep really odd ... if I put 30 mm spacers in above main spring then the flat washer then the adjuster/cap then all slack taken out of the fork leg travel.... I do remember taking some makeshift spacer tubes out when I stripped but presumed these were to stiffen the spring up ... no probs will keep a spacer in ... doesn't seem right though. The springs that were in originally are the same length as the new ones to clarify . Quote Link to comment
