any help or info would be great or any pointers, on idle it seems fluffy ,i can only explain it like on a 2 stroke that gets the sound of 4 stroking , as soon as you load the engine its great ,i need to know if 2 turns out is (thats what they was )is good ,or should i balance them at lots of different rpm ?  hope your all well and good ,cheers

I no one replys before I will have a look in the book tomorrow (it's in the garage at the mo) but if the tick over goes up and down could be needing a balance of the carbs

Standard is 2 turns out but take that as a guide.

Screw in till the revs drop, screw back out untill the revs drop again & the midpoint between these is the optimal setting.

If it doesn't respond to this then you have 'other' problems with the carbs.
