Slingshot gearing

Hi all , wots the best gearing to go for on the road , I don’t ride flat out all the time but for all round riding with a bit of punch would 15 - 47 be ok with a 12 bandit lump fitted , with 15 -43 it clangs it’s nuts of wanting to go in 1st n 2nd at low revs

15/48 is standard gsxr1100 gearing. 15/47 is stock 1200 bandit. I think.

I run 14/48 usually. good for 150mph and  wheelies off the throttle.
