  1. Hi there. One of my bikes a gsx11et with a bandit mk1 front end fitted. Used rf 900 bottom yoke. All that I neaded was a spacer to take up gap to make yoke hole at top smaller to suit rf stem. No height issues like you've got.
  2. One of my mates with a 850 had same problem. Clutch drag causing poor selection of gears and neutral. Cause was badly adjusted clutch cable, after adjusting still not perfect stripped out and had a look inside. The nut holding clutch basket had loosened off which let basket float up and down shaft. Not by very much lucky if it was 0.5 of a mm but enough to cause drag. My mate learnt a lesson that day. Don't tighten nut whilst trying to stop basket shaft turning with a lever. He broke off part of basket that one of the spring goes over. Doh.
  3. Nice one. I'll look up k series stuff newer the better
  4. Hi there. You can get the b12 stem cut lower and machine bearing and threaded parts lower to suit or use a gsxr 750 stem. Can't remember what year suits the bandit lower stem as the newer ones just fall in. Remove lock stops from 750 frame and weld in a stop to bottom of yoke.
  5. Merry Xmas to you all. Looking for advice. I've got an EFE frame that I'm building up from scratch. I've got a bandit complete rear end to fit, maybe not the best but it's a start. Thing is do I use the bandit shocker which I've heard wasn't the best when new or do I go for some thing else. All suspension mount points have been removed from frame and I have all mounting points for a bandit to weld into place. Front end will be standard B12 forks for a start So any advice would be grateful on best shock and what sort of ride/seat height to go for thanks in advance. G McLean
