  1. ok the bike behave wierd when hot. it's holds afr 14,5 at idle when restarted runs on 12 to 20. Anyway I put some BOSCH injectors from 4,2 audi ...they are fairly small , ,just 210cc, but just for the test. Almost the same issue, well it works a little bit better. I test ride the bike today Well new problem..akward raiding position. Hmmm...I'm sitting too low, handlebar are too far away and foot pegs are too high...It seems to me that I should rise the seat at lest 5 cm????
  2. THEY ARE COOOOL!!! duuuude I want such a mirrors!
  3. for now bike starts normally...I still didn't connect the laptop to tune some staff, but weather getting warm and I want to test the bike...slowly ... just a ride to my job site. Currently I ride Ducati s2r 800, but I have enough 'tractor feeling' ride expiriance... 4 cyl feel is needed. so a few off-topic question: 1. The horn is just hanging on cable and I didn't remember where was the original location...any clue? 2. Which mirrors ... currently there is just 2 gsxr's in local second hand on-line stores or facebook market place in entire country ...no mirorrs ,no windshield ..any suggestion for correct era parts swap?
  4. OK I'll try one more time with stock injectors after cleaning. But last changes were .... unneeded in my opinion: - hall sensor for crank trigger - smaller fuel pump there is old bulgarian proverb : work in vain, do not stand in vain ...which proves that, we are not the smartest nation.
  5. Probably my injectors really are on the way to....enternal hunting fields of injectors
  6. some interesting fact about this injectors at 12.8V dead time is 1,5ms at 3 bar flow is 280cc at 3.5 bar flow is 310cc they charge me 50 Euro for testing of 7 injectors....in 2014 I bought entire TB unit including injectors, TPS etc. for 50 Euro. Money are not, what they were...peace
  7. one of injector is not working right .. starts- stops. My tuner advise me to search for new set of injectors or different. He said that the others 3 injectors are just hour away form the same failure.....what injectors are easy to fit in stock rail and TB??
  8. thanks for the replay ... I'm gone remove injectors for test cleaning.
  9. PS1 1ms is effective inj time
  10. P.S. test are made with car battery (so plenty of Amps) new home made container is prepaired (SV1000 in-tank pump build in aluminium container with dimensions of 044)
  11. yep there is a problem. Curently I run stock GSXR600,750,1000,1300 I GEN injectors (no solid info of their flow)..group 720deg ...1 time per 2 rev. I visit my thrusted tuner and he said me the same. We argue very and he even start his drag/street car to show me how 2liter engine with 3000cc injectors and 3ms injectors time at idle works. So i in panic and do some changes (without success) - switch to hall sensor at crank - switch to 3 bar FRP (the old one was 4 bar) -do 4ms dwel of coils at cranking speeds.. I i thnik I killed AGAIN all spark plugs. Next step...remove injectors for cleaning and flow meter them.
  12. hm...new problem unstable idle. Strange that I receive 1ms effective injection time on idle. I'm with stock gsxr600 Keihin injectors which should be around 240cc at 3 bar??? It act like i have 600cc injectors any idea what I'm doing wrong?
  13. ok it work. it's pretty simple, not fancy settings. Just firing order 1-3-4-2 automatic calculation, wasted spark, cam syn with ITB, 35Kpa threshold and booom, we are in sequential business he he he.
  14. yep I log the MAP readings on cranking and 65kpa is lowest reading. I put 70kpa , but no rpm readings. I suspect I should connect every coil to own ignition channel (which is problem, cos I have 3chanel VAG coil driver and I'm 1 channel short )
  15. hm ...there is not much settings in MAP as sync function. I connect just 1# cyl to MAP sensor and is true, needle jumping like crazy at idle. I put the settings and ECU even don't read rpms in this mode. I write down an e-mail to MaxxECU support with question , what is the logic behind this function. For now is dead end.
  16. thanks ... ..is that VAG coils?
  17. Thanks for advice. I've checked your thread twice, but....can you show which page was installation shown?
  18. MaxxECU have MAP sync...I doubt that will work on ITB's with low vacum on cranking. But I'll make a test.
  19. Yep...I'll write an e-mail to them and asked for more detailed explanation....but here is my new bunch of questions: 1. cam cover - is weldable? ... any magnesium strange alloy to be expected? I still consider the option to put hall sensor over some cam lobe. 2. dead time/voltage correction table of stock say what now!? 600 injectors. Before 7 years I put some weird values and I don't remember from where I get them. 3. some ignition table and VE table that work?
  20. I share the idea of OEM 4 tooth sensor with my tuner ...and he doesn't like it. He states that in forced induction - more accurate ignition timing is needed as far as 5 deg more or less means destruction of engine . Maybe he is right.
  21. Hello, yes you are right. Once at 720 deg, that only one cylinder is on right spot to receive fuel they have (MaxxECU) No cam sensor, or 2 cylinders per injector output Sequential 720 without SYNC - Same as Sequential 720, but ignores any cam sync. Can be used with engines without cam synced trigger systems. Since there's no cam sync sensor the injection angle can be 360 degrees off. This is determined each time the engine is started, and will always be the same when the engine is running. Sequential 720 without SYNC may change the injection angle 360 degrees every startup, making the engine run a tiny bit different. For big injectors (>1500cc) this is usually preferable to 360 degrees injection to make it run better at low load. I'm not sure what that means (obviously English is not my strongest skill), but how the engine determined right sync....first try 0 deg the 360 deg???? Sequential 360 will give a more even fuel distribution in non-camsynced systems or when using one injector output to drive 2 cylinders. But because of the shorter pulse width, the engine may run worse at low load/idle with big injectors.
  22. MaxxECU state that: Note: By default, any tooth that is longer than 50% of the previous, is considered a "missing tooth". maybe this is how the long tooth is decoded
  23. found some old videos with Link ECU....video taken with Iphone4 . Obviously a lot of time is past away, since now there is iphone 13 :):):)
  24. How you connect with MaxxECU support. I've tried ,but they want some code written on ECU to verified that your are actual owner??? I've checked both ECU's and can't find some S/N or code. There is some small bar code ,but is so badly printed, that make imposiblle to be read. I still mapping my VTR1000 and have some questions to be answered...
