I am the most Indecisive man on the planet, I had double booked this weekend but that rally isn't an OSS doo now is it.
I really wanna go Cadwell but have no way of getting the bike there so it would just be a car and tent job. As minx has said are there tickets required to get in? I just wanna come and drink beer and provoke Air Vs Oil conversations all on a budget as usual. Looks like I might need a BBQ ticket again @YoshiJohnny.

My rear seat plastics have started to crack.
Now, instead of chopping the sub frame off and fitting a pokey tail from a new plastic machine, I'd like a one piece (seat hump and side panels mounded into one) tail unit to drop over for racing. This means I can still have pillion use by swapping back to my tatty panels as and when it suits me.
Now the picky bit, I'm sure Iv seen side panels that more follow the lines of the subframe , meaning the side profile of the bike is not as chunky.
Am I talking shit? Probably? Can you make sense of it? Maybe?
Any suggestions welcome.

I seem to of double booked myself and will be unable to attend.
I have contributed towards the BBQ already so have a cheeseburger on me.
I shall see those of you attending The dyno day and Donnington.
Enjoy

After my bikes fight to the death with sand at Pendine I thought it only right to strip and clean the motor right down to the crank.
Rebuilt with new gaskets and much love.
I have nothing but praise for Dave Dunlop of FBM Turbo Systems, although I did the stripping and my better half Jess did all the cleaning Iv returned home only a few hours later with a completely sand free refreshed motor.
Cant recommend the man enough for any of your engine building or performance enhancing needs!

Why are the slides not opening on standard small holes on my bike but do on someone elses? My last tested 1052cc setup ran 12:1 AFR on 110's and now I need 136's on 1195cc with the same CR, squish and camtiming, and you only need 112.5's. Mysteries of blowthough carbs I guess. But it runs smooth, powerfull and nice so I'm satisfied.
I tried the small hole slides too and had the same result of them not opening. I have the two large hole slides and doubled up return springs. The difference was amazing! I'd been trying to tune my bike from August to December on the small holed slides and wondering why I wasn't getting anywhere! I found with the small holed slides the slide would fail to return also, slowly descending.
amazing bike! Hope to see you at Elvington??
