What are your pans for this year? Now I no longer race I can stay dry and watch from the side lines.
-
That would be stunning if you could hide it inside the lines of the bodywork.
-
could be an air leak, what are the inlet manifolds like?

Std rods are critical after 250hp in a Nitrous motor, and pushing the limit around 300hp in a turbo - that's with a non det. prone tune.
Busa rods may be a little stronger but Carillo's (or any H beam rod) are sooooo much more resilient, it pays to use them rather than find the limits with lesser items.
If it was me - H beam rods anytime over 240-250+ hp! Build a bullet proof bottom end and you can fit ANYTHING to the top end!
That's the plan.I only want to split the cases once.

Yes top quality, what sort of power are you making to need them? I'm just planning my build hence the question.

Are they the morespeed ones?

Thanks for the input guys. How much should I expect to pay for a dyno setup, is there anyone recommended?
Shout outs to PaulM for the 1200 parts and to UKLee several years ago who was the first person to say "gsx750? You can put a 1200 in that!"
Paul M may have another loom as I got mine from him.I know he has all the MK2 electrics.

From my experience this weekend I would fit the loom to go with the engine and unwrap to get the connections where you need them.If your taking it to a dyno which I would recommend don't worry about jetting kits as the dyno operator will set it up as it needs to be.

Thankyou.I have found a mk 2 loom, cdi, handlebar switches etc so am going to swop the whole lot. This should work if I've read everything correctly??
-
It's 1156.I'm best off getting a loom and cdi to match then?
-
At least you didn't sing Toyah Wilcox........................

The cdi fiited to my bandit engine is part number 32900-27EOO.It has plugs of 6 and 4 pins,The wiring loom colours don't match the Bandit wiring diagram I have so want to get a bandit loom but don't know if I need the cdi too.
I have searched the interweb but can't find the answer.
Thanks.
