Excellent thanks.
I don't suppose you have a diameter to I can get some done prior to stripping it?
Mike
After chatting to Hagon, longer spacers arnt really the way to go, as it won't really make the spring rate change, keep the standard (75mm) and go for high rate spring....

Will look forwards to your results.
It's my rear thats the biggest problem. Some yss pogo stick shocks.
Thought YSS were supposed to be decent?

Had a chat at the guys at Hagon today, and ordered a pair of progressive springs, initially .9nm going to 1.10 at full compression, 10w oil and 130mm air gap so see how I get on....

Was wondering whether to try it.
I know they are old forks, so the std spring has probably sagged a bit.
It will be a couple of weeks before I get chance to measure up what size is needed.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Maybe an extra 30mm.....

Not tried anything yet....

Got a set of gsxr1100k forks in my 750 Kat and think I need to get stronger set of springs for the bikes weight, any recommendations for spring rate?
-
If its 600 euro's, got to be worth a punt....

Apart from grumpys 5/8 sprocket @ £60. Is there a cheaper sprocket off another model that are the same offset?

You can, but I would rather rely on the 15A fuse in the stock wiring.
Bypass the switched 3rd phase loop like so:

Correct...
Spot on, cheers, I don't have to power the original headlight circuit that the stator wire goes to, just leave it disconnected?
-
Pick up a new reg for my Kat, can I wire the 3 stator wires to the reg, then wire reg direct to the battery with a 30a inline fuse?
At the minute one stator wire goes into the loom, I've read that it goes into the headlight circuit for some reason

Looking at the downpipes for my 750 s2 Kat, I've got a muzzy can that I can probably use, delkevic don't seem to list a system for a kat only gsx750 but I assume I could use the downpipes as the engine is the same.....

Spot on, thanks guys

..What's the air gap or oil capacity for 1100k rwu forks, mine need new seals before they go into my Kat
Cheers
