How far do you want to go?
Can't remember the front and rear spindle sizes ?
If the rear spindle is 20mm you could put a b6 rear wheel in I would think, if not 20mm but is smaller the b4 has a smaller spindle size.
Front wheel is a bit more difficult as you have spindle size and spacing of discs and mounting the calipers.
If you really want to go for it, have a look at my project Hellcat.
Thanks, will check out your project.
Thought of keeping it as simple as possible, as my IH Scout II project will take most of my time.

I know a lot is written on getting 17" wheels for the gsx1100f. But does anyone have step for step guide how to this.
Not a lot of tires in 16" now a days.

Pro and cons
My 1135 will not run good, and have a complete 1100F (no papers), and it runs goood.

Here in Norway we can go on the internett and search the norwegian DMV for info on the plates. And send an sms €0.30 to get the last owner or last reg date.

Thanks

Hi.
Going to look at a 1994 gsx1100f on friday, anything special to look out for?
It has been in a slow speed tumble, just a indicator broken and some scratches on fering.
£1800, but will try to get it cheaper.

Mine was also hard, but adjusting got it better, and with motion pro clutch cable it was like butter.

On my project gsx750es (my83), i have a high idle, 2500-3000, cant adjust it down, then it stalls. After riding and stop engine and then start up it revs at 1200rpm. Start driving and idle returns to 2500+. No binding in carbs, or cable.
Think it was like this on other bike i tried the carbs on, something internal maybe?

Where they? I thought it was 8 valve until 1983 then the TSCC engine came in?
The 16 came a little earlier than that. Early 80' maybe. The engine in the bike is a 83 and on TSCC. And is a revised 16v engine.
The 8 valve has round covers in the top, the 16v had rectangulare covers in the top, and the one you have had "none", if you see what i mean.
