I haven' t tig bronze yet just tig mild steel using normal filler rod.the tube I'm using for my frame is cds with a18 filler rod.

He just sets up the parts his using for the build as In (front end rear end and engine) works out geometry bends tubes to suit and tacks it all up then builds box steel around the frame to finish up welding everything up.he does nice work.the pic I put up is probably my favourite bike I have seen him build.

I like the frames jerry t builds he is a great frame builder and I like how simple he keeps his builds.

Nice job bulldog, plenty of bracing.would you have any pics of the milling attachments you used for doing the mitres for the tubes?you must have used a proper benders aswell?

Just wondering has anyone on here built a frame themselves? And if so any pics.im having a go at a steel tube frame and would like to hear from anyone who has done it.cheers.
