I found this made the most difference https://www.suzukiperformancespares.co.uk/product/ape-suzuki-forward-clutch-cable-kit/650/ straighter and shorter cable run made s lot of difference. I tried the hydraulic thing but the effort was the same & it either dragged or slipped as the travel was not enough
Do you have a pic of it fitted?

Going to buy a set of oem springs and clutch plates. As I think it may well have heavy springs fitted. Where can I get some oem springs from?

Unfortunately I may have to sell my newly built katana 1100 due to the clutch being so heavy I can’t pull it in more than 6 times will my bad fingers. it is so heavy it almost needs two hands. I really don’t want to part with it so do you guys have any ideas?

It looks like the oil leak is the neutral switch. Where can I get the o ring and can it be taken off with the bike on a paddock stand without draining the oil?

My katana 1100 has a oil leak from behind the sprocket casing. I think it could be coming from the electrical thingy behind the sprocket. Any ideas?

Fired it up and it’s not running good. I have fitted a air corrector kit from grumpy. When I give it a rev it misses and flames out pipe. Should I move the neadles up a bit? Can you get a dyno jet kit for the cv carbs?
-
Well it didn’t go brilliant. I started it up then fuel started pouring out the overflow and air filters. I took the tank off and the tap is pouring out fuel in all 3 positions
-
Tank on with fuel ready to see if it runs........

I have re routed cable with standard style cable it’s made a big improvement. Got new clutch springs and plates on the way. As I think it’s got heavy duty springs as I seem to remember the previous owner saying he fitted them because the clutch was slipping a bit
