Now then Folks.

I've got a 1052 that i've stripped down coz cylinder 3 & piston were fucked. (siezed at 90mph on A1 - no oil) anyrate barrels are scrap. I wanna go for a useable road setup of 220bhp (ish)

I'm in the process of measuring up the crank and shell bearings to make sure thier ok.

I've got the 3bond to glue it back together, and in the proces of acquiring a lock up clutch.

what barrels n low compression pistons will drop straight on to lower the compression to approx 9-9.5ish:1

Cheers

There's a couple of similar topics at the minute, are you looking to rebore to increase cc? Or looking just to drop standard barrels back in?

I was looking at increasing the CC initiall whist keeping the std rods and putting in JE low compression pistons. My Barrels might be beyond reboring but I have a B12 engine that isnt too clever at the minute that I dont mind splitting for parts or using the OSS parts bin lol.
