jmann Posted September 21, 2023 Share Posted September 21, 2023 Exhaust cam is showing signs of wear and I was thinking about the differences between various GS model camshafts as I consider a swap or replacement. Besides lobe profiles, are there any fitment differences between GS750, 1000, and 1100 camshafts? If not, has anybody swapped them out, and after adjusting fuel delivery and ignition to accomodate the swap, what changes in performance was noted? My GS750 is a 1980 16 valve model and I'm running an open 4-2 exhaust and Mikuni RS34 slides with trumpets. Quote Link to comment
