Hello all, do any of you good people know the standard main and pilot jet sizes for a UK market 1100ET please?

I've got a 750et with an 1100 engine and 1100 swingarm. I've got a set of early GSXR possibly 750 18 inch wheels and forks which I want to fit. I seem to remember hearing about an offset front sprocket, does anyone know where I can get one?
