[Major Bandit fuel tank mods + improvements]

HI everybody ( in a new forum again),

i'm going to modify my Bandit MK1 fuel tank and i'm looking for some useful hints.

At the moment i have a fibreglass cover with a pop-up and a standard petcock - the pop-up has a terrible thread, the pre-owner welded it not correctly and the weld was leaking, it has also no correct breather and the cover itself makes driving/wind noise at higher speed. So i'm going to replace it - a 1100W fuel tank is already on the workbench.

Because i can build everything as i want, so i want to realize as many improvements as possible.

 

Do you know any other modifications beside the GSX-R 1100W fuelt tank top or a fibreglass cover? Or any other useful mods?

- breather + fuel cap from the bandit tank

- perhaps a pingel, but i prefer the vacuum petcock - because of the poor fuel
