Great thanks very much! I did take the original cdi apart and blew it out but that may be the problem as I can't find anything else not working, is there any way to test the cdi ?

Hi, I believe this is a gsx1100 motor? From around 85-90? Having trouble not getting any spark.. Have replaced coil packs leads and plugs Have checked magneto, pulse generator with no luck.. traced all wiring and can't seem to find a problem...any help at all would be awesome! Also any info of what motor it is, number on block is 3110X-45565
