Newbie to the site. Enjoying the projects and advice on here. Has anyone fitted a steering damper to an '82 or '83 ez/d? Would appreciate any advice particularly on mounting. I plan on a longer side mount set up mounting to fork and frame. Looking at FIR and few other "universal " jobs preferably rebuildable. Seem to recall Lazer made a kit back in the day.
Not sure of stroke rate needed or length needed. Is the unused lug near horn bracket used for dampers? Cheers for any pointers. Back to freezing bits off in shed...
