11 Digit Frame Number

hey, people!I was wondering if I can get some help.. I have an old Suzuki AE50 / Hyper / Hi Up, with a 11 digits frame number on it.. I believe it's a japanese frame number, and I need to discover the model year of the scooter (it's something about 1988 and 1996) but in the frame number, the tenth digit is "7", and in tradicional VIN's it means "2007" and don't make sense hahadoes anybody knows something about it?
