I did Tom, but I'll be there with spares anyway if they don't show up in time
-
I think Tom is thinking you're taking his bike, but if not and you can bring the efe that would be great Paul.
-
We were hoping for 10-12 bikes but if John R and Baza are still coming we should have about 7-8.
-
I'll get the build up passes in the post first thing to those who I have addresses for. Anyone else coming? @johnr@baza
-
Who's coming to the show guys? So far only Paul has been in contact. Need addresses so I can send out build up passes.
-
Thanks for letting us know. I'll see if we can get you bike picked up, but if not We'll see you at Donington. I recieved the unloading passes today, so can I anyone who is coming send me their address and I'll get them in the post at the weekend. You will recieve your show oasses from the organisers once the bikes are on the stand.

Is that a promise Dave? Sorry for the slow reply Paul, life sometimes gets in the way, you know how it is. Doors open at 9.30, so I Would imagine we'd need to have the bikes in the stand an hour before that so 8.30-9am

Hi John, yeah it's still happening, just waiting for more details off the organisers. Will keep everyone posted as soon as I get them through

We won't have cinformation of our stand size for a couple of weeks, so I'm gonna put a list together of the people who've already said they come and go from there when we know how many bikes we can accommodate. Would love to have the bike on the stand, but don' want to say yes then to only have to backtrack and disappoint people. As soon as i have more info I'll be back in touch.

No stand number yet , but if you speak to Andrew in charge of the show he might be able to helpmplace you near us.
-
Thanks Steve, very much appreciated.

You bringing the Lockhart Jon?

What Dave is so eloquently saying is, it would be great to see all you fine people, and we'd very much appreciate your help in making this year's show a success, as it has been in the past.

I've just had confirmation from the organisers of our place, so all things being well we've got room for around 16 bikes. So far we've got coming Katana's Katana (I assume) PaulM's GSX Havoc's EZ Bazza's GSXR (1100 or 750J Bazza?) Manx GP GSXR 750 racebike (brought by me) SiBags's RGV Funky Monk's Manx GP GSXR 1100 racebike (possibly) John R's Katana @Davecara, you expressed an interest? Still want to join us? So we still have space for a few more bikes, drop me a PM (or Katana now he's finished swanning around the US on a Harley!!!!) and let us know if you're interested in coming. As I say, this show is getting bigger by the year, and well worth a trip, and it's a great place to showcase the site and our bikes. Just a bit of house keeping, we've had to complete a risk assessment this year, and the only major risk is the fact that these are road going bikes and likely to contain fuel, so could I ask that we keep the fuel in the tank to a minimum, keep the H&S bods happy. Also, if your bike has any oil leaks (20+ year old bikes, it's likely to happen to some) you let us know and we can sort a drip tray. I'll contact you all individually in the next week or two, to give you any further instructions we have received from the organisers and it would be good if you can let me have a few specs of your bike so we can put a small sign on the bike. Morning all, show bitch here. So as Dave has already said, we've been invited back (despite Paulm being there last time ) to Event City Manchester Bike Show. This is the 7th year this show has run and it's grown to a sizeable event with all the major manufacturers attending. Bikes will need to be on the stand Friday, (or very early Saturday morning) and will have to remain there until the show closes Sunday. We have in the past negotiated early release for good behaviour, but i cant guarantee this and will have to be sorted on the weekend (if at all) Everyone who came last time really enjoyed the show and hopefully we can get an even better turn out than last time. We are looking for firm Numbers in the next couple of weeks, and we will confirm how many bike we can accommdate. Drop me or Dave a PM if you fancy coming along and having a laugh with us for the weekend. Tickets will be issued by the organisers when the bikes are placed on the stand and we get 3 X 1 day tickets for 1 bike, 4 X tickets for 2 bikes and a max of 5 X 1 day tickets per person. As always, we are looking for a good cross section of OSS bikes, not just show quality machines (although those are welcome too) so drop us a message and let us know what you'e got.

After a very successful Manchester show this weekend, I thought I'd start to get a handle on the Donington show now. I've added a list of people who have expressed an interest in going, let me know if circumstances have changed and you can't make it. Closer to the time we'll need an address off you (I know some ,already have) and would be good to have a list of bike specs/modifications, and I'll make up some sheets to add to the bikes. So far it looks like we could have about 20-25 bikes, but as Dave has already said, we don't want to book a big stand then only have a few bikes.
