Ok so decided to start a build thread after gettin poked in sides by katanamangler,
Started when i was a kid first trip to tt in 81 and saw my first spondon ,thats when i said i will have a trick framed bike someday.
About 7 years ago i had saved,borrowed enough money i ordered a frame kit from gav at gia got no14,

As katanamangler says i am building one for the track for a friend
Was gifted it from very good oss member john r
Vj21 and vj22 small differences but basically same 90degree v2twin vj23 70degree v twin dry clutch
There is a mine field with parts as every year small changes to each model
They are also a fuggin money pit as i am finding out ,about 3times as much as building a gsxr motor

Have helped out few racers over the years and have helped martin out in past,
Helped him out at gold cup Scarborough thats when we came up with plans to build another slabby bit lighter and bit faster
As old fathfull gettin bit tired now.
Will be at pre tt 18 maybe manx ,eastfortune,have been asked to do capetown and Johannesburg in feb but a bit to near,

Found another crank in attic in box mint has straight cut primary 46teeth and 40c stamped on crank is that slingshot or slabby?
Think slabby has 45 not sure anyone????

It is for pre tt and Scarborough so will be raced
So powerscreem not advisable then?

Will get lightened and balanced
Has anyone used powescreen crank in bandit motor?????
Or should i get another bandit crank?

After full strip down spent over 250 hrs on crankcasses ,all casting marks removed on outside.
Inside crankcasses have had all sharp edges rounded off and they have been mirror polished inside for better oil flow
