That's why I asked as 750 ones have more teeth which would explain the idler not sitting down......are you sure the chain is correct for a 1127 motor ...
The 750 ones have only 30 teeth 1100 has 34 teeth

Defo New 122 link chain 1100 sprockets, adjuster fully out ,

The cams never had any sprockets on when I got head
Had few 1100 lying about so that's what's on cams .can 750 ones be used ? Got load of slabby 750 cams and sprockets could sprockets be used from any of ?them

Got a question for anyone that have built a motor with dot head how big did yous make spacers for chain runner

Building motor with what I have left lying about garage
1127 lightened and balanced crank new shells
New camchain
Bandit 1200 Crankcasses
1127 gearbox rebuilt new bearings
Rebuilt polished oil pump
Bandit 1200 pistons +barrels
Mint flowed dot head

Decided to treat gia to a prezzie for being well behaved at bike show.
The wsr sprocket cover just didn't look right so will go on slabby
Completely recommend kmp in france amazing quality

Had to use hayabusa caliper hanger as using larger rear disc

Ducati 999 hub titanium pins and nuts with one off sprocket from wsr that was for gia but doesn't fit the bst wheels

Didn't like the 3 spoke wheel when front was y patern from truimph speed triple so a goodish mach was a ducati 999
But rear spindle is fogging huge compared to thunder ace one and cant get bearings anywhere near so machined up new iner crush tube
And new spacers/ tophats
