  1. Yeah cool, that's actually a good point, maybe I'm being a bit too eager. I'll, speak to the manufacturer again in the morning. Cheers Liam
  2. Lol, yeah pretty sure it's the right way round, I think I'm gonna try opening the slots up on the collector and see if that makes a difference, hopefully it will allow better movement when clamping. Have to say Delkevic have been very responsive and very helpful, a couple of free stainless clamps coming my way as well. Still open to any suggestions?. Hopefully I'll get it sorted on the next attempt. Cheers Liam
  3. Mid pipe is slotted although the picture doesn't show it too well. The slots on there are pretty tightly squeezed up though. Maybe that's the issue, there isn't enough flex in the mid pipe for the clamp to do anything?
  4. Thanks for the replies, attached photos if they help. The problem is clamping the link pipe to the the mid section, the clamp is tightened as much as possible but the link pipe is still loose.
  5. Hi all, I've purchased delkevic exhausts for my 1991 GSXR1100m. In the process of fitting and I cannot get the link pipes to tighten to the mid section exhaust when clamping them. The clamps wont ratchet up anymore and with everything fitted the link pipes are still loose, it's like the steel on the mid section wont squeeze up and clamp, what am I missing here? Its driving me round the bend! There were no instructions with the kit and I'm using all the supplied parts, this was meant only meant to be a 30 min job and I'm screwed already. Appreciate any help Cheers Liam
  6. Yep, defiantly interested, let me know details etc Cheers Liam
  7. Hi all, would anyone know of any low fuel sensor fixes? Or any fuel sensor that I can use on a 1991 1100m.I'm sure my current sensor is faulty, the red fuel light comes on gradually after about a minute or so, after turning on the ignition.Cant seem to find a 2nd hand spare anywhere and I dont fancy forking out on a new one as they seem pretty expensive. Appreciate any helpCheersLiam
  8. Hi all, need some help if possible, I've just fitted new dyna coils to a bike I've been rebuilding. Eventually got the bike running nicely on tickover As soon as I blip the throttle it keeps popping the ignition fuse??? I put a bigger fuse in and turned the ignition on, the side stands relay orange/ black wire starts getting very hot all the way through the loom to the right handle bar switch gear where it meets the kill switch. I've checked the side stand relay and that thats ok, I've checked the switch gear which seems ok, I haven't cut and checked all of the wiring loom yet. I put a temporary cable between relay and kill switch to replace the orange/black wire and the bike turns over but wont fire up. What causes the ignition fuse to pop when I put revs on? When it pops if I replace it and switch on the ignition if pops again straight away without even hitting the starter button. I'm running out of fuses!!! Any suggestions??? Liam
