R1bandit1100

Hello, I've decided to start my first project and so far I have myself a 98 bandit 6 with a 02 R1 subframe. I currently have a 91 750 Gsxr engine but it's giving me alot of grief, so really tempted to sell it all and get a 1100. What year fits into the bandit frame? Also wondering what's the best swing arm, brakes, forks to use? I've got an R1 shock, and looking to go with gsxr 1300 forks. Any advice would be much appreciated Thanks
