It has one of those skinny Marving "race" exhausts

Newbie here, sorry if this topic has already been discussed. Just bought 1984 GSX1100 with pod air filters and feels a bit asthmatic. Would I be better off returning to stock airbox, or fettle the jetting, maybe with a bit of dyno time (assuming this is the problem). Cheers.
