Yes the Kat 1100 basically became the std spec for the later EZ, ES, ESD, etc.......

either buy the cheapest basic 20w50 mineral oil you can find or get the likes of the Millers CRO 10w40 specific running-in oil
used both at work with good results depending on build and customers preference

Looks like a later EF motor (technically an 1135cc) although often called 1150 particularly Stateside......
cant see the brakes properly but possibly bandit type twin pot sliders??
