Thanks for the appreciative comments , I cant claim the credit as I have not done anything to it yet, but have some plans to recommission it. have a new YSS rear shock different bars (as the clamps do not fit the fat bars currently fitted) fix, fork seals, fix sidepanel lugs. clean out carbs. tidy up the wiring but keep the basic look the same. On the wish list though are std headlight (i dont like Led one) ( or maybe refit an original EF big round headlight) std airbox. so just keeping my options open.

Hi All Just purchased this 1100 from Grumpy 1260’s. someone on here must be familiar with it and wondered if anyone could supply some history. As far as we know engine is standard, it has Std carbs. bandit forks and Gsxr rear end fitted , wavy armstrong discs an Hel radial conversion calipers. It needs a bit of fettling as its been standing a while. But I am looking forward to getting it sorted. if anyone has any background info that would be great.
