  1. Sheep, DO NOT run your A/F screws to 1.5 turns out, you will flood the plugs at idle. 1/2 turn and leave it until you get float height set. Its popping because the plugs are fouled and cylinder is not firing. Put in all new plugs, turn to 1/2 and fire it up!

  2. Sheep, if you are running RS36 carbs and they are out of sync, they will never run right. Also, I have found that if RS carbs run rich, you will not get a cylinder to fire. How did you sync them? Bench sync? What are your A/F screws set too? Float height is very critical with these carbs. Mine are not at 17mm more like 19 to get it from running rich even with stock jetting. Did this start to happen after you swapped out the 40's for the 36's? Take a look at your slides, make sure they are all even at the bottom of the slides.

  3. Davecara, LMAO! Just opened my first beer. I tried using the Busa knuckle and its not the shock that is the issue is the actual position of the dog bones. They are almost horizontal with the swing arm. I tried a Busa knuckle, Srad knuckle and a Bandit knuckle. Just cant get the correct angle. It is almost like have a strut on instead of a shock.

  4. I am trying to install a 1st Gen. Hayabusa swingarm on my 91 GSXR 750. I am trying to use my 750 linkage knuckle, but when I put the dogbones on I get ZERO suspension travel because the dogbones are too horizontal. I have the Busa one, but it is not as wide as the 750 one and the bolt on my 750 to attach to the frame is a larger diameter than the busa one! Not sure what to do! Please help!
