  1. Exactly the info I needed to figure it out without ruining the plastic casing! My eyes aren't what they used to be I guess. Thanks so much!
  2. I'm working to replace missing connectors for turn signals on my signal lights, and the wiring harness on my 97 GSXR project bike. I worked out that I needed Mitsubishi UC connectors and purchased them, but I can't find instructions anywhere on how to insert the pins into the plastic connector casings. If you haven't done this, you might think it would be stupid-obvious which way to insert the pins ... but it would seem there is room to do it wrong I don't want to wreck my new connector by forcing the pins in upside down or into the wrong part of the connector. As the images show, I've crimped the pins on to the wiring from the turn signal, and I've shown the back of the male connector where the pins insert somehow. The holes fit the width of the pins, but are taller than the height of the pins, so the pins probably slide in either along the top of the holes, or perhaps along the bottom of the holes (?). Has anyone on this forum ever done this? And, if so, could be so kind as to give some guidance? I also have to put female connectors on my wiring harness, but haven't tried that yet, so I'll ask about Part 1 first.
