Which camshafts j or k

Does anyone have a camshaft identification lists for air cooled and oil cooled .?

OR

Now that I have my nice new shiny valves and guides in place (gsx1170 et)  I have a question about camshafts . I have two pairs in good condition 

one pair is marked up as "r1 k"

and the other pair are "r1 j" 

can anyone tell me please - which set would be the best suited for a bike set up as follows
