urbanus Posted June 20 Share Posted June 20 Hi All, I'm new to the forum so first things first, hello to all! I have a 1983 GSX1100 EZ which still has the original 4 into 2 fitted but has naturally rotted through the baffles in the intervening years. Looking into trying to find a decent replacement and I can see the obvious limitations of what is now available for a bike this long in the tooth and that got me wondering, can I try to source a 4 into 1 and fit a carbon end can that I was using on my Griso (Moto Guzzi for those that have never heard of it). It is also an 1100 so I'm guessing that the gas flow should be somewhat similar although a big twin will eject the unwanted in a different style to an in-line 4 I guess.
