[Finding Parts for '73 TS 185]

Planning to acquire this beauty which is going to be a bit of a project. It needs a new throttle cable but I also want this thing to be street legal so I need to find lights for it. The bike doesn't have the actual brackets even it seems for the lights anymore so I would need that as well. Any advice would be much appreciated!
