hi , does rear frame lug need to be drilled out from 10 to 12 mm

thanks , brackets , bolts are there , spacers  look wrong , trying to save time on spacers  , looks like 4 spacers needed , 2 at rear most bolt and one underneath , are these standard size slab spacers ?

hi, i have bought slab 750 with bandit 1200 motor fitted , [badly] the more i look at it the worse it gets ,  frame lug has been cracked , spacers from what bike should have been used ?  is it the 750/1100 slab spacers?  do the slab spacers need mods ? looks like one has been cut
