Looks like this virus scare is going to slow down progress, as everything looks to be going down the drain..... work may be closing down indefinitely as we can not get parts we need from outside countries....as their companies have been shut down....
Sorry to hear that. I've slowed down a little bit as well with work uncertainty. We were close to landing a new deal when all of this went down; waiting to see what happens now. I still have some progress to make with parts I already have on hand, but I won't be ordering any new stuff until I have a clearer picture.

My other big expense that was not necessary, but I wanted it anyway.... Dry clutch....along with attached motor from Japan
Now I'm jealous. I've been keeping an eagle eye for a dry clutch for sale at a reasonable price. There is one on the market now but they want $1600 for it (just the clutch) and I don't want it that bad.

Love the fork leg look. I was able to get to the vapor blaster last weekend and this is how my fork legs turned out. I'm debating whether or not to clear them or not. Your treatment definitely brings the closer to the stock look.

The frame looks great. Do you plan to apply anything to the frame to protect it after the soda blasting?
Fork lowers look much like yours. I am taking them tomorrow to try vapor blasting them. I'll post up some before and after pics. Mine aren't SP so I am planning to rebuild them with stiffer springs and Racetech valves. Been going round and round on that, but after getting the quote back from Maxton, I pretty much made up my mind.

Down to the bare frame.....what a disaster....
Might sell this engine, as I have a 206/208 bottom end I want to use along with different cylinders and crank.
Just following along here as I'm in the midst of a similar VJ21 project. Mine is not destined for the street though; it will be track use only. Now I now who is hoarding all of the RGV parts in the states .
Curious why you are going with the GK73 SP swingarm?

This build has been awesome to watch come together and is motivating me to get back to mine. I got sidetracked over the summer putting my SV back together after a little track get off.
Is that paint booth at your house?
