Hi all,
i have a Gsx750f on a 2000 plate that I'm currently streetfightering,
main question is I want to swap the suspension both front and back, preferably usd forks,
any ideas which would be best to fit and both best ride and easiness to fit??
many thanks

Gsx750f has 105 mains
Do you know what the 1200 bandit has? Just thinking I could possibly get a set of them jets to try
-
Are my 750 carbs the same as the bandit 1200 ones??? Does the 1200 bandit have bigger jets???

right. my bad. Yes if you are removing the airbox you will want the apropriate stage 3 (or stage 2 depending on which brand and what they call their open filter kit...).
Between running the ramair with stacks setup or k&ns is little difference. You're still going to want to start with either a kit or if you're going from scratch route then yes what he said ^^^ you will indeed need bigger mains at the least.
So if I said I'm putting the twin ramair ones on what would you suggest to start with set up after that
thanks

From the first post it reads like you are removing the air box and fitting individual/dual filters. That right? If so yes, you will need bigger main jets at the very least.
Yeah that's what I'm up to

Ok thanks, think I'll get em put on and try it

right anyway the cs-901 is the suzuki standard I believe. But these do also work. http://www.Eblag.com/itm/RAMAIR-PERFORMANCE-AIR-FILTERS-MS-017-YAMAHA-YZF750-FCR41-FITMENT-NEW-/350638602477
I went with those for a tighter stretch fit around the stacks. But the larger outer dimensions mean they look funny stuffed into the frame and my knees are slowly rubbing through them. So I deduced the previosly posted 901 probably fits and stays on there just fine and are a slimmer profile for fitting into the bike.
So would these still need the jets changing in your opinion

Now now men, chill, I know they are called different things
many thanks for all your help

Don't use individual filters with CV carbs - they just don't work well! Pods better and you'll need to play with jets and needles / positions - more air = more fuel!
How do you mean pods

Hi again, just a quick one
want to change the filters on my Gsx750f to a set of single filters and do away with the air box, can any one tell me do I need to change the jets and if so how do I know what to

Looks promising don't it, but yeah think I will have to study the wiring diagrams for both, not so fussed about the fuel gauge/light as the Gsxf had a reserve tank so shouldn't be caught short
thanks

Yeah they both carb models, both digital, neither have cables just wiring, will get pics
thanks

Hi all,
im wondering if anybody out there can answer me this.....
i want to put a set of gsxr srad clocks (2000) onto my Gsxf (2000)
the wiring plug looks the same just want to know if it will work and read correctly before I purchase one, I know I will have to make some new mountings up for it but that's no problem for me
many thanks all

Hi all, would anyone have any idea what other top yoke will fit my Gsx750f on a 2000 plate
thanks
-
Hi, currently turning my 2000 gsxf into a streetfighter, and was wondering if anyone knows whether any other fuel tanks would fit, as now the fairings are off old tank looks abit odd
