I lifted the rear of the tank with a 10mm spacer plate where it bolts to frame under the seat

Thanks for the information as I’ve got a spare cover and prefer the feel with cable clutch over hydraulic,there seems to a lot of problems with getting the clutch to clear on hydraulic is it more to do with choices of master cylinder

I think It was the short pushrod out of the 750 motor that matched the casing

I kept the cable clutch on mine and it’s not to heavy and don’t get all the hassle of hydraulic clutch’s

Buy some Chinese ones and make your own adapter plates is the cheapest option you won’t get a lot of a adjustment on the right side as the exhaust/ rear footrest / frame don’t allow it even the expensive Agras footrest only give you 50mm back 25 mm up

Keeps as is and enjoy riding it you can always buy a box of bits and build what you want but it’s getting harder to find bikes like that

Think there’s a break in the sub loom to clocks got idiot lights worked and no power to anything else went went through it the other week and got it sorted or so I thought look like multi meter Sunday again

Looks like your about three with it, I think I’ve got a fault in the clocks loom ?? Hate elecitric just have to have go through slowly don’t mind jetting plus side got to collect paintwork this weekend and found picture 1200 inazuma coil location

Well done looks like your almost there summary’ looks good you’ve covered it all wish I was as close got a electrical fault somewhere and sort the the jetting as well

Mine clears the oil pipes but I had to bend a coil bracket back to fit the rocker cover back on and the carbs only just clear the coil as well on the 1200 inazuma Suzuki have relocated the coils up between the top frame rails

What carbs are using on it ?

Yeah there different , according t0 csml part no 3312019c20 is same for gsx750 and 1200 bandit mk1/mk2 somebody on here will be able she’d some light on this

The timing rotor is the is the same part for 1200 bandit and gsx750

I’d fit the 1200 cdi don’t know if the valves will live with the 750 one

Yeah your right do need all the info first,you should have four shorter on a on 1052
