Fuel return for turbo bandit

Hi all I'm in the process of working out the turbo system for my mk1 Bandit. 

I'm curious as to what people have done for a fuel return system on these. 

Can you please provide some pointers/ideas?

GS1000 instead of Bandit; I took the sender for the fuel gauge out, and made a return in there..

A simple design but effective ...... dual barb / feed and return .....return line just slightly below the top of the fuel tank / roughly above fuel level . No reserve but in-line fuel valves can be added

Can that part be bought somewhere or is it a do it yourself job ? Nice job and easy

home made jobbie..... 1" square ally bar , 2 hose barbs 3/8" x 1/4 NPT , piece of .375"  ally tube threaded one side …….can be made easy enough .

Thanks for the responses, I'm looking at that tap, trying to work out how it comes back into the tank higher than leaving. Is it that tall rod that sits in the tank above fuel level?

1200 bandit remove the fuel gauge sender from the bottom of the tank make a plate and weld a tube and fitting to it.

Hey B12Mick, where in the fuel supply chain does this go? It looks like it mounts right onto where the fuel tap would normally go.

Do you sacrifice reserve using it? 

Saw this, Its a dual feed however could one be used as return?

I had something like that in mind too, but I didn't want to lose reserve, I need it where I live.

I made this one & have got uset to having no reserve I just reset the mile counter every time I fill up.

It was no class who posted the picture up but yes, goes in place of the original fuel tap and has no reserve

i used the water drain pipe that lives inside the tank. Just cut it with a hacksaw blade from filler hole, and plug the hole on top. Easiest way, but on the downside you might get some rain/water under the filler cover, that might get inside your fuel

Copied it of Lee's first one but I glued the logos in.
