Jdeac1981
Hi all. What are the differences between the slabbie and slingy swinger. I'm looking at putting a cbr 600 rear wheel in a 750 w top braced swinger in my oil boiler. I've had replys to how it's done in a slabbie. But I'm wanting to check if it works the same in the slingy swinger. Was looking at using an fz6 rear wheel to match the r1 front. But it looks like it going to take a fair amount of machine work. I think the cbr wheels is close enough to match the r1 front. As you don't really see much of the front because of the 320mm disks. Any help appreciated. Or other options for the rear wheel would be great. Cheers all Quote Link to comment
gray711
The whole linkage/ knuckle affair is different. Slingy's use dog bones too which the slabby doesn't. Have a look on parts diagrams you'll see the differences for yourself Quote Link to comment
Jdeac1981
I'm just looking for the difference in widths at the wheel spindle I think. Quote Link to comment
