Reed valve?

Fixed the brake?

I had that with my GS1000, couldn't get the brakes right, last time I did it I had no problems.

Thinking what I did different, it was the position of the bike. with the bike straight up I couldn't get it right, bike on the side stand with the handle bars turn to the right, and it worked.

What also works, but really slow; bike straight up, loosen the bleed nipples, and let gravity do the rest, keep the reservoir topped up.

I had a couple of times a go on a RG250, the same as yours, awesome little bike, loved it!!

Did you get it from someone in Assen?

No got it from someone near 020

Read valve is my last option, i purchased a camera so i can look into the intake

Suzuki decided to place the readvalves underneath the cilinders

Really stupid cause you need to take of the top end to get to them

Has the crank seal failed on that side?

That is another option but i would think it should run and then has to smoke big time on that side so its not something i would think.

Go back to pump mate it's a lot less hassle on a road bike, Check the pump drive behind the blank plate turns then check the stubs that the oil pipes go on are still there and they will be blocked off probably with a bit of tube or something. Make sure the oil tank is still bolted to the underside of the tank and has the tube connected through the tank and a tube run down to where the oil pump will be. I have some spares knocking about.
