Wagola Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 The more I look at this build the more you see the attention to detail !! Sometimes wish I had the same discipline , or is that OCD ? This breather hose has more thought than most of my bike !! Quote
clivegto Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 (edited) No OCD hear am a bit rough & ready most the time but have a good eye as well as been very practical. Your supposed to see more the deeper you look at this bike, its about the frame really but the paint job might blow that out the water lol Brian sent the wheel spindles and the shock bolts back, he's done them a black rainbow colour. Its the red engine parts that take the eye away. But the attention and class is more than evident ! 2 Quote

clivegto Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Yet more fittings from torques_uk this time for the fuel pump. Cut 5mm of the top for in & out to gain a bit more room. Fitted some rubber grommets to the feet of the pump (tested it on a battery and it vibrates a bit) as well as the fuel line from the tank to the pump and pump to regulator. 3 Quote
clivegto Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Finished the fuel lines and vacuum pipe off to the regulator. 6 Quote
clivegto Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Made a little bracket out of some aluminum for the ignitech cdi incorporating a b12 cdi rubbery thing as well. Tucked in nicely in front of the battery. Still needs tidying up a bit but it has a home. 5 Quote

clivegto Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Made a new bracket for the relay main fuse to replace the standard one I was going to use, this saves a hole 15mm of space 4 Quote
clivegto Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 15mm saved with the relay bracket allows me to fit the fuse box next to it. Knocked another bracket up to mount it from the seat bracket. 8 Quote

clivegto Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 (edited) Splashed out on some moto gadget blaze pin indicators, there bloody bright and look way better than the cheap ones I was going to use. Also got some brembo discs of MeanBean49 which have done less than 2000 miles (cheers Rob). Will fit them when I fit the mudguard. Edited December 12, 2020 by clivegto 4 Quote
Wee Man Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 They are bright as fook. Easy to hide away for a stealthy look. 2 Quote

Yea when there off they almost disappear. Didn't like the bar end mirrors I was going to use that had indicators on as well, thought they might grow on me but they didn't. Can not live with out mirrors in the real world so got some the same as I have on 3 of my other bikes. Only cheap bar end foldable ones but I like them. Edited December 12, 2020 by clivegto 4 Quote

Probably just hoon around on it though. Edited December 12, 2020 by clivegto 1 Quote
