Painted a small section on the back of the frame with lidle gloss black. This part of the frame sticks out under the seat unit, by painting it black it almost will become invisible with the body work on.  Well that's my thinking anyway. IMG_20200823_163008.thumb.jpg.379030e1b4ab855a4d5559805352f375.jpgIMG_20200823_164151.thumb.jpg.c701d70755dd2b13f837a3b9f64e7a6e.jpgIMG_20200823_164123.thumb.jpg.3c81494eb0bf175731beea3d4d2a837f.jpgIMG_20200823_165618.thumb.jpg.140d0744aa687460a452fcac7d69b06c.jpg

Cleaned the oil coolers up by putting them in the ultrasonic cleaner then rinsing them of in the shower & drying them on a radiator with a towel under them. Gave them a light clean with a small light wire brush & painted them with 1/2 can of high tem satin black I had left on the shelf, still a bit left as well. IMG_20200827_183434.thumb.jpg.bd7f51a43164a0ed91cf4e9ae9f78fbc.jpgIMG_20200827_183252.thumb.jpg.dcb1a1b1c87aa2bf372e19669404cf67.jpgIMG_20200827_183230.thumb.jpg.2f1b289ce0cea71ff3439c633ddf2901.jpg

Made a little bracket out oo some 50x50x6mm aluminum angle for the back brake caliper to fasten to the back brake lever. The 2 holes have m8 threads & use locking nuts to secure the bolts. Also went for a spin on my Turbo Scratcher, called in to Helmsley for a bag of chips on my travels. IMG_20200831_162723.thumb.jpg.c3e79a29026a4ed2f6735702adba9aed.jpgIMG_20200831_164916.thumb.jpg.a213ed09711d24728482e07d4e3db98d.jpgIMG_20200831_164916.thumb.jpg.a213ed09711d24728482e07d4e3db98d.jpgIMG_20200831_170940.thumb.jpg.ad417f015100f70149a8e46a0c0cc6d8.jpgIMG_20200831_171116.thumb.jpg.f41350ca61874d3c7e8cf5b6238663c6.jpgIMG_20200831_144558.thumb.jpg.555f91fde010fce53d91119a253593dc.jpg

Gold anodising on the fork tubes was a bit scrached for my liking so I got them powdered gloss black. I had a chat with the coaters before hand asking them just to apply a thin layer of powder, they assured me it wasn't a problem & had done quite a few sets for customer's in the past. Fitted new seals, dust caps & fresh fork oil. Had to lever the yokes open a little to slide them in but it wasn't a problem. Then refitted the front wheel as well. IMG_20200907_152529.thumb.jpg.782c129eeb9cea12a484ea929a3892a5.jpgIMG_20200907_155749.thumb.jpg.ef76cb29afa51447db2204535c8d01fb.jpgIMG_20200907_164810.thumb.jpg.f5375f32b03711f7c87726e02fbe549a.jpgIMG_20200907_171626.thumb.jpg.48f6e23e70eb20f54900c4bcd8b98d04.jpgIMG_20200907_171635.thumb.jpg.2e3ca597af67c340248c5fa20a5a0154.jpgIMG_20200907_180019.thumb.jpg.2ca3bfecf92f0f5407ffd11af149ac87.jpg
