Dicided to have a candy red cam cover mainly because the first silver one don't fit properly. Must be a b6 or a long stroke 750 one, didn't even know I had one. So I got Sam to make me another one this time checking properly that it was a b12 cover. IMG_20200605_145926.thumb.jpg.836fc171b1fd11f8d4017b5a45a56cf5.jpgIMG_20200605_152728.thumb.jpg.493a7a85f79a14011305e4a8c852316f.jpgIMG_20200605_171210.thumb.jpg.75ce830a3ebab527f556265eb01d5ba0.jpgIMG_20200605_171337.thumb.jpg.c369e9292ddba5b708e60c1ec8d4f462.jpgIMG_20200605_171940.thumb.jpg.6b2ad02769c63c7db7b269bca2d295e0.jpgIMG_20200605_173654.thumb.jpg.fab3f6642786bbabfcf4681743aecdae.jpgIMG_20200605_180624.thumb.jpg.f2e358825a6426194c3900335a972ad4.jpg

Dicided to make some adaptor plates to fit An6 pipe for the head cooler seen as I found some an6 to An6 adaptors I forgot I had. Made the adaptors out of some 14mm billet aluminium. Also took the bike to Wills to get the boost pipe welded up as it needs to be tack welded institute to get the correct spacing & lines.IMG_20200609_175811.thumb.jpg.f3c6f091fff177083fbcbfea518535d6.jpgIMG_20200609_170638.thumb.jpg.191d7affd8f45a7660d87f753a06145a.jpgIMG_20200609_173840.thumb.jpg.694ba542d3ac10aed1b1294c5e39d532.jpgIMG_20200609_174919.thumb.jpg.2ef5181d8014aa43266f35236cd93a6f.jpgIMG_20200609_175223.thumb.jpg.13a3a53240dfb8b6fab7c490219cce3d.jpgIMG_20200609_175226.thumb.jpg.e02074ea1ab76d6b46a163586e6fe662.jpgIMG_20200609_175514.thumb.jpg.b52ac6d7bf8a2624cd029cb52e6932ea.jpgIMG_20200609_175559.thumb.jpg.00534bcf9008d0330ab5fc1c0792e646.jpg

Knocked a little spigot pipe up that goes into the bend on the plenum. Wasn't quit happy with the position of the boost pipe as I want it to look good as well as work. Pipe was just a bit off been parallel with the the frame rail when looking down from the riders position. So got the blow torch out heated it up near the spinny end & pulled the other end out to straighten it up & parelel with the frame. IMG_20200619_161526.thumb.jpg.da3e8ca1b5d3633d720d05a1b97490e4.jpgIMG_20200617_171503.thumb.jpg.9eb1cf462521ad5a71391068cf72d450.jpgIMG_20200619_164541.thumb.jpg.2f5fd1e497c033accbf3fe42a99a3150.jpgIMG_20200619_161322.thumb.jpg.f54f7ef820cd97118bc3b27d9c838f73.jpgIMG_20200619_163111.thumb.jpg.d5b0fb43536b9ebc74362fe5cfdea78c.jpg

Had to lift the cooler up a bit so slotted the top mounting holes, cut 20mm of the top of the triangle bit at the top. Shaped the outside bottom part of the bracket to clear number 1 & number 4 exhaust headers & used 2 stainless steel P clips to faster the bottom of the cooler bracket to the frame.
