I still have the stock front engine mounting bolt as supplied by Harris and it's a single really long bolt. I can't remember off-hand whether the oil cooled motor allows this though....

Yea there different, these are the engine bolts & side stand for my other Magnum 2 for GSX1100ET motor. IMG_20200308_142942.thumb.jpg.224dcf208b1ea31c7924827f8a777917.jpg

Decided not to use the acetal lock stops that bolt to the forks. IMG_20200308_142424.thumb.jpg.ca34d21e0431a9588755624e7c9ce2ef.jpgStarted whittling a bit of scrap alloy to bolt onto the existing bracket on the bottom of the headstock. IMG_20200308_133554.thumb.jpg.b656ab93b2dd64a944c2eaeda2de9336.jpgIMG_20200308_134212.thumb.jpg.04ec26cfd05dc61fbfecb0d50cfb4a50.jpgThere already were 2 m6 holes in the Harris super bike yoke, drilled & tapped them out to m8. IMG_20200308_141309.thumb.jpg.5fb9fcd7eb64666f3ad0dff750b2e55d.jpgIMG_20200308_141349.thumb.jpg.5de832bf7029aacdceab47b8b099a4bd.jpg

Harris super bike yoke came with tapered or conical bolts which I like the look of & I suppose it they are all like that on the bike it's a weight saving programme as well. After a couple of hours on the lathe I had another 16 of them. Gave them a little polish up in the battery drill & some green scotchbrite. IMG_20200311_161918.thumb.jpg.f95eabfaa94b4b957440efb34234194c.jpgIMG_20200311_161845.thumb.jpg.98e914418a72ae1f617432580e5243cc.jpgIMG_20200311_162153.thumb.jpg.ffe813a5c6df13b59601b34f99d63da9.jpg

Machined up another 18 Allen head bolts on the lathe to a conical shape like I did the others, polished them up as well. These ones are for the carb rubbers & the sprocket case. Have spaced the gear linkage out to clear the rear set bracket with the twisty splined bit I got from @wraithas well as a little spacor I made. IMG_20200318_132147.thumb.jpg.3101a0057028b305d7805d336ed401a7.jpgIMG_20200318_132249.thumb.jpg.4bc557d3bdedb462465d568083db404d.jpgIMG_20200318_132338.thumb.jpg.944f3abd9c2b564f785c2a832e97955e.jpgIMG_20200318_132348.thumb.jpg.525048eb0e6a500b317d96411873d1a2.jpgIMG_20200318_132627.thumb.jpg.cca1033447e773f066f5b33c1db1fe47.jpg

Wouldn't a kinky rod give a more positive change as then the spacer becomes redundant?

Only oil cooler I could get to fit is a Gsx600f cooler which will hold 250ml of oil. Planing on fitting a head cooler upfront as well, think I can squeeze A b12 cooler in behind the nose cone which holds 300ml of oil. This will give me more cool oil than I have on my Turbo Scratcher which has a 19 row extra wide cooler which works fine.  So made a oil cooler bracket from some scrap steel that was kicking around in the yard. IMG_20200331_144923.thumb.jpg.ae03a285371b9f774a86e0427351a339.jpgIMG_20200331_155007.thumb.jpg.936d753f88d6cfb426faa2818b39690a.jpgIMG_20200331_164747.thumb.jpg.b0fe51f4903810e6ee14ecb4be0f27c5.jpgIMG_20200331_173704.thumb.jpg.db4db1770ad43a9ff3268fa3b3998339.jpgIMG_20200331_174135.thumb.jpg.59c8b6fe5f095d48ac57a4a64138d342.jpgIMG_20200331_174357.thumb.jpg.2e4d8deae4d0b209fe8024858e9ee10b.jpgIMG_20200331_174533.thumb.jpg.f2eaed5245823ffbf2ccb0be545631fc.jpgIMG_20200331_180726.thumb.jpg.f21b938ba2806f714f256e65c70bbe0b.jpg

Quite by chance I noticed that the Torques fittings I got for the cam cover fit the b12 head cooler

Also have various an6 & an8 oil pipes knocking about, 4 m16xan8 adaptor fittings turned up in the post this week for the teapot 600 oil cooler & sump. Have ordered some 120 degree black fittings as well. Also drilled a few holes in the head cooler bottom mount. IMG_20200403_132658.thumb.jpg.432f6d962a689c88913dec40eb2eb866.jpgIMG_20200403_150942.thumb.jpg.6d998e9cb3318796ce5a9e43b49142c0.jpgIMG_20200403_145955.thumb.jpg.713cc2f984e30401182629fa1d8883e4.jpgIMG_20200403_150130.thumb.jpg.d4f48f80d42d9f64401eb301d1469740.jpg
