Gearing and wheelbase query

After baseline wheelbase and gearing for the Bulldog?

Stock Bandit 12 in Slabby 750 frame with stretched swingarm, no fairing, for now. 

No idea where to start and want to save time and money.

Surly if you have an extended arm the wheelbase is sorted to a degree.. just dept on how much adjustment you have.....

EDIT

just looked at your project pic's start off say 3/4 down the slot...say 68" wheelbase....that will give you wriggle room for a sprocket change with out altering chain length  ...

gearing I would run 15-45 on a stock motor maybe 15-47 if its still in 4th at the 1/4
